This website is owned and operated by Shelly Bean, a sole trader providing life coaching services and digital products in Australia. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

1:1 life coaching sessions (online via Zoom) Pre-recorded coaching sessions and digital products Personality Profile assessments All services and products are provided with care, but results vary based on individual circumstances and commitment. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via Stripe or direct bank transfer. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (if applicable). Payment must be made in full before services are delivered unless otherwise agreed. Digital products are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Missed sessions are non-refundable unless due to a valid emergency.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including videos, assessments, downloads, and session materials—is the intellectual property of Jody Alexander Coaching and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching supports personal development, but you are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store data.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from use of this website or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
